Induction Heating CVD Chemical Vapor Deposition Furnace

The induction heating CVD chemical vapor deposition furnace equipment uses medium-frequency induction heating. The equipment is vertical, with a furnace bottom lifting structure for loading and unloading materials. The temperature control system uses a Shimaden (or equivalent top-tier brand) intelligent program temperature controller. The complete set of equipment includes the furnace body, medium-frequency power supply, electrical control system, gas control system, water cooling system, and other components.

Quartz sand melting furnace

The quartz sand melting furnace is a medium-frequency electric heating vacuum furnace.

It uses electromagnetic induction to heat the graphite crucible under vacuum or a protective atmosphere.

The quartz sand placed inside the crucible is heated through heat conduction.

Degassing and melting are carried out in a vacuum or inert gas, and the quartz melt is poured into a mold using a crucible tilting device, completing the melting and casting of the quartz sand material.
