Equipment Use
This induction sintering furnace is mainly used for sintering tungsten/molybdenum products of various specifications, such as slabs, bars, and crucibles, under a protective atmosphere.

Equipment Structure Description
This tungsten molybdenum material induction sintering furnace consists of a furnace body, medium-frequency power supply, control cabinet, stand, lifting mechanism, water system, gas system, etc. (Additional optional parts are shown in item 8).
1 Furnace Body: Consists of a water-cooled jacket shell with an inner layer of stainless steel and an outer layer of carbon steel, a furnace cover, and a furnace bottom to form the furnace chamber. The interior contains refractory materials, a tungsten crucible, an induction coil, etc. Introduction holes, explosion-proof holes, gas inlet and outlet, thermocouple compensation line inlet, infrared temperature measurement port, and water cooling system interface are set at appropriate positions on the furnace body.
2 The controlled silicon medium-frequency power supply is 350KW, 2.5KHz, and the medium-frequency capacitor cabinet contains electric heating capacitors.
3 Control Cabinet: The control cabinet consists of a PLC, touch screen, intelligent programmable temperature controller, and a color paperless recorder.
4 Gas Charging System: Consists of pipelines, valves, and pressure gauges.
5 Water Cooling System: Consists of valves, pipes, and flow switches.
6 Lifting Mechanism, Transfer Cart: Consists of a motor, reducer, furnace bottom lifting frame, furnace bottom traveling motor, and cantilever support mechanism; this mechanism operates smoothly, and under the condition that the factory height meets the requirements, no pit needs to be dug; loading and unloading are convenient, and maintenance is convenient.
