    Due to the development of thermoplastic glass fiber reinforced materials, the increase in the amount of inorganic fillers, the application of flame-retardant materials, and the promotion of new halogen-free plastic products, higher requirements have been put forward for the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the screws and barrels of extruders and injection molding machines. Therefore, centrifugally cast bimetallic barrels have gradually been applied. In order to meet both the wear resistance and corrosion resistance requirements of bimetallic barrels and the high dilution rate characteristics of centrifugal casting, the company has developed centrifugally cast powders that can meet various working conditions, mainly including Fe-based, Ni-based, Ni+WC, and Co-based series.
