  • Purpose and Principle

    The principle of vacuum atomization is to melt metals and metal alloys under the protection of gas in a vacuum state. The molten metal flows down from the insulation crucible and the flow nozzle, and is atomized into a large number of fine droplets by a high-pressure gas stream through the nozzle. The fine droplets solidify into spherical and sub-spherical particles during flight, and then are screened and separated to prepare metal powders of various particle sizes.

    Production capacity range: 1-1000kg. Iron-based, cobalt-based, nickel-based, aluminum-based, and copper-based metal powders can be prepared.
