  • Uses and Principles

    The WGYC series pipe bending machine fixes both ends of the steel pipe. One end is set to a predetermined bending radius, while the other end is steadily advanced and bent around. A localized heating process is achieved by electromagnetic induction coils, and the bending action is driven by a precision lead screw. During bending, a suitable cooling medium is continuously used to cool and set the pipe into the desired bending angle. This machine is designed for hot bending of various round or square steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, and I-beams, and is particularly suited for applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, steel structure construction, and boiler manufacturing.
