  • Purpose and Principle

    The EIGA electrode induction melting inert gas atomization powder production equipment refines pre-made electrode rods in an inert gas environment without a ceramic crucible. The molten metal continuously passes vertically through a nozzle, and a high-speed airflow atomizes the molten metal into numerous tiny droplets. These droplets solidify in flight to form spherical powder. The powder-gas mixture is transported through a delivery pipe to a water-cooled cyclone separator for separation. The fine metal powder is collected in a vacuum-sealed powder collection tank.
