Purpose and Principle

The principle of centrifugal atomization powder production equipment is to melt metal or metal alloy under suitable vacuum conditions. The metal solution flows to the center of the high-speed rotating disk through a flow limiting device, then radially distributes, forming a thin film of metal solution on the rotating disk. Under the action of inertia and centrifugal force, the metal solution film reaches the edge of the rotating disk and atomizes into droplets. The fine droplets solidify into particles during flight. The powder-gas mixture is sent to a collection and sealing container through a conveying pipe.

Production capacity range: 1-1000kg, rated temperature: 1750℃.
