  • Applications and Principles

    The WGY hydraulic pipe bender secures both ends of the steel pipe, using a pre-set bending radius at one end while steadily advancing the other end to achieve the desired curve. A localized section of the pipe is heated by an electromagnetic induction coil, and the bending process is powered by hydraulics. After bending, the pipe is continuously cooled with a suitable medium to set it precisely at the required angle. This machine is designed for hot-bending various types of round or square steel pipes, stainless steel tubes, and I-beams, making it ideal for applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, structural steel construction, and boiler manufacturing.
