Equipment Use
A continuous vacuum melt spinning equipment used to produce metal micro-magnetic flakes. The process involves melting, refining, and spraying qualified metal alloy ingots in a vacuum and inert atmosphere, followed by rapid cooling and primary crushing. This is core equipment for manufacturing bonded neodymium iron boron magnetic flakes, primarily used to produce intermediate products for 13-9, 14-12, 15-10, 15-7, and 16-10 magnetic powders.
Design capacity: 2t/24Hrs, with a capacity of 3.5t/24Hrs.
Technical Parameters
1) Melting material: Neodymium iron boron alloy ingots.
2) Flow rate: Standard 1.5kg/minute.
3) Melting temperature: Commonly used 1350℃.
4) Melting system: Uses an IGBT power supply, melting power greater than 250kW, from power-on to complete melting ≤40 minutes (calculated based on melting 100kg of pure iron).
5) Vacuum system:
Working vacuum (melting chamber): 10mTorr, in vacuum: 2mtorr, in Ar atmosphere: 50mtorr;
Pressure rise rate: ≤5mTorr/min (after sufficient degassing of the empty furnace);
Exhaust time (melt spinning chamber): From atmospheric pressure to 80mTorr is approximately 320 seconds (measured after sufficient degassing of the empty furnace);
With leak detector interface; The main vacuum exhaust pipe has a dust filtration system.
6) Secondary system: Can load ingots with a diameter less than 200mm and weighing 50kg.
Industry Applications
The products have been widely used in melting, heating, quenching, high-temperature sintering, brazing, hot-fitting processing, semiconductor purification and other thermal processing occasions; serving the petroleum and natural gas, thermal power and nuclear power, metal casting, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile, engineering machinery, wind/hydropower generation, railway, aerospace, 3D metal printing, precious metals, cemented carbide, solar thin-film batteries and other industries.
