Purpose and Principle
The WGYD series pipe bending machine fixes both ends of the steel pipe, sets a bending radius at one end, and maintains a constant speed to push and bend the other end. It uses electromagnetic induction coils to locally heat the steel pipe. During bending, a heavy-duty screw drive provides power, and a suitable cooling medium is used for continuous cooling and shaping to the required bending angle. It is used for various round or square steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, and I-beam hot bending, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, steel structure, and boiler projects.
